Schedule it after all major work is done, including flooring, painting, and trim installation, but before you move furniture in or hand over keys. If minor touch-ups are still happening (like baseboard caulking), we can work around them. The key is to clean after the dust-generating work stops, so we’re not cleaning the same surface twice.
Yes. We’ve cleaned homes with temporary lighting, uninstalled cabinet doors, or exposed plumbing. We work with what’s there and avoid damaging unfinished elements.
We remove fine dust, small scraps, and light construction residue, not bags of drywall, paint cans, or lumber. Please have large debris cleared before we arrive. If there are small leftover items (nails, tape rolls, plastic wrap, etc), we’ll collect them and leave them in a designated spot.
We clean interior window sills, tracks, and glass if it’s part of your package. However, exterior windows or screens with heavy construction overspray (like stucco splatter or paint) may require a specialty window service. We’ll note it during the clean and let you know if it’s beyond standard scope.
A typical single-family home takes 4 to 6 hours, depending on square footage and how much dust remains. Larger builds or homes with multiple levels, custom cabinetry, or unfinished zones may take longer.
Yes. We avoid acidic, ammonia-based, or abrasive cleaners on fresh surfaces. Hardwood gets a neutral pH cleaner with a damp (not wet) mop to prevent warping. Stone countertops are wiped with non-etching disinfectants. If your builder used specialty finishes, just share the care instructions, we’ll follow them exactly.
