We remove fine dust, small scraps, and light construction residue, not bags of drywall, paint cans, or lumber. Please have large debris cleared before we arrive. If there are small leftover items (nails, tape rolls, plastic wrap, etc), we’ll collect them and leave them in a designated spot.

We clean interior window sills, tracks, and glass if it’s part of your package. However, exterior windows or screens with heavy construction overspray (like stucco splatter or paint) may require a specialty window service. We’ll note it during the clean and let you know if it’s beyond standard scope.
