Cancellation Policy
Scheduling & Service Times
We schedule cleanings based on availability and route efficiency. While we do our best to accommodate preferred days and times, specific time slots cannot always be guaranteed. Clients will receive confirmation before service.
Changing Service Date or Time
If you need to reschedule or adjust your cleaning appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made with sufficient notice will be accommodated at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Short-Notice Changes
Changes requested with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee, as we reserve time specifically for your service.
Cancellations
To cancel an appointment, please contact us using one of the methods below. Cancellations made with adequate notice incur no fee. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
