We’ll clean and sanitize, but we can’t refill what isn’t there. Most clients keep a supply closet stocked, and we restock from it.

We never enter closed offices, locked cabinets, or private rooms unless given permission. Reception and common areas are cleaned by default. For executive offices, just let us know your preference and we’ll follow it exactly.

Yes. We carry full liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance upon request. We also offer a simple service agreement outlining scope, frequency, pricing, and access details, no long-term contracts or hidden clauses.

We work with whatever access method you have. Many clients add us as temporary users on smart locks, share alarm codes, or leave keys in a secure lockbox. We never share access details with anyone, and all team members are background-checked and insured.
