2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on information provided. Final pricing may change based on property condition, size, scope, or inaccurate information.

3. Booking & Scheduling

Bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to safety concerns, emergencies, or lack of access.

4. Payments

Accepted payment methods include e-transfer and credit card (processing fees may apply). Cash payments are not accepted unless agreed in writing.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to fees as communicated at booking.

6. Scope of Services

Services are limited to the agreed scope. Repairs, heavy lifting, hazardous materials, or unlisted services are excluded unless approved.

7. Liability & Damages

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or improperly installed or fragile items. Claims must be reported within 24 hours.

8. Photos & Documentation

Photos may be taken for quality control only and will not be used for marketing without written consent.

9. Intellectual Property

All content and branding are the property of Mrs. CleanMol and may not be used without permission.

10. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party platforms used for scheduling or payments.

11. Privacy

Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.
