We’ll schedule your appointment to fall within whatever window your building allows. Our equipment is low-noise, and we never use loud vacuums or run appliances in your unit during restricted times, which matters more in a condo than in a detached house since sound carries through shared walls and ceilings to neighbouring suites. If your building has a resident notification policy for service visits, let us know and we’ll make sure our arrival fits it.

We bring our own compact caddies and don’t need access to your under-sink storage or closets. Everything we use fits in a small rolling kit that’s sized for condo hallways and in-suite storage, not a full-size cleaning cart. You don’t need to clear space or provide supplies before we arrive. We wipe down balcony doors, tracks, and interior sills when weather permits, both inside and out. We don’t sweep, wash, or pressure-wash the outdoor balcony surface itself as part of standard cleaning, that’s typically the responsibility of the condo corporation or building maintenance, not an individual unit’s cleaning service. The same applies to shared amenity spaces like rooftop terraces or common balconies, those fall outside our scope. If you have a small indoor patio, sunroom, or enclosed balcony that’s part of your unit’s finished square footage, we’ll clean the floors and surfaces there as part of your regular visit. Let us know what your balcony setup looks like when you book so we can plan accordingly.

We don’t offer à la carte price reductions on our Basic Clean, it’s already streamlined for the square footage of a typical condo unit and priced accordingly. If there’s an area you’d like us to skip, like a guest bathroom you rarely use or a home office you’d rather we didn’t touch, we can note it in your file to speed up the visit. That request won’t change the price, since the clean is priced by unit size and service level rather than by individual task, but it helps our cleaners focus their time on what matters most to you. This is different from a deep clean, where every listed task on the checklist is included as part of the service.

We also don’t leave carts, vacuums, or supplies in shared hallways while we work, all of our equipment stays inside your suite for the full appointment.
