We clean standard turnover messes: dishes, trash, hair, crumbs. For excessive mess (pet accidents, spills, broken glass), we’ll assess on arrival and let you know if extra time or fees are needed.

Yes. Most hosts share their calendar or booking app link with us. We monitor checkout time and adjust arrival accordingly. If a guest checks out late, we’ll wait or reschedule.
We sweep accessible balconies or patios if weather permits and trash is removed. We don’t wash outdoor furniture, clean grills, or hose down decks, those require specialty services. But we’ll tidy and stage what’s there.

Laundry is the most critical part of a successful turnover. Our standard service includes washing, drying, and hotel-style folding of one set of linens and towels on-site while we clean. For properties with “back-to-back” bookings and tight 4-hour windows, we highly recommend having a secondary “backup” set of linens. This allows us to strip the beds, replace them with fresh linens immediately, and start the laundry for the next turnover.
We understand that the short-term rental market is unpredictable. We offer flexible scheduling for our GTA hosts. Simply notify us at least 24 hours in advance if a booking is cancelled, and there is no charge.
