We’ve cleaned hundreds of homes with dogs, cats, birds, and even reptiles, so we know pet areas need more than a quick wipe. Our team uses non-toxic, fragrance-free disinfectants that won’t irritate your pet’s skin or respiratory system. We start by vacuuming with a HEPA-filter machine to trap dander, hair, and allergens. Litter boxes and feeding stations are wiped down (emptied if requested), and we clean around bedding without moving it unless you ask. Your pet’s space stays theirs – we just help keep it fresh.

Your home, your rules. Before your first clean, we’ll ask if there are rooms to skip, fragile items to avoid, or routines to respect, like not disturbing a home office during work hours. You can update instructions anytime. We never open drawers, closets, or medicine cabinets unless part of a Deep Clean you’ve approved. If you have art, collectibles, or electronics that need gentle handling, just point them out, we’ll treat them accordingly. Consistency matters, so your assigned cleaner will remember your preferences for next time.

No preparation is needed. We clean around all movable furniture like dining chairs, coffee tables, and nightstands. For heavier items, sofas, beds, and dressers, we’ll clean exposed floor areas and accessible sides, but we won’t drag or lift anything without your go-ahead. During Deep Cleaning, we’ll move lightweight items (like a side table or floor lamp) to clean behind them, but only if it’s safe and you haven’t marked the area as off-limits. If you’d prefer we avoid certain zones entirely, just let us know – we respect your setup.

Most of our clients aren’t home, it’s completely normal. You can provide access via a key, garage code, smart lock – whatever is comfortable for you. Every team member has passed a criminal record check and carries liability insurance. We never take photos, open personal mail, or access private digital devices. Your home is treated with the same care whether you’re there or not.

We treat every surface based on what it is, not what it looks like. For granite, marble, or quartz countertops, we use pH-neutral disinfectants that clean without etching or dulling the finish, followed by a dry microfiber pass to prevent water spots. Hardwood floors are never wet-mopped, we use a damp, flat microfiber mop with a cleaner formulated for sealed wood to avoid swelling or warping. We skip steam mops entirely on wood. On tile or laminate, we adjust technique to avoid grout haze or streaking. Our team is trained to recognize surface types on sight, so you don’t have to explain each time.
