We respect all building quiet hours, typically before 8 a.m. or after 8 p.m. on weekdays, and midday on weekends. When you book, just let us know your building’s rules, and we’ll schedule accordingly. Our equipment is low-noise, and we never use loud vacuums in units during restricted times.

Yes. We bring our own compact caddies and don’t need access to your under-sink storage or closets. Everything we use fits in a small rolling kit. You don’t need to clear space or provide supplies.

We never leave carts, vacuums, or supplies in hallways. All equipment stays inside your unit during service. If you’re on a high floor and the elevator is out, we’ll reschedule. We don’t drag gear up stairs and risk damaging walls or flooring.

We wipe down balcony doors (inside and out) and tracks when the weather permits. We don’t sweep or wash outdoor balconies as part of standard cleaning, that’s usually managed by building maintenance. But if you have a small indoor patio or sunroom, we’ll clean floors and surfaces there.

We don’t offer à la carte reductions on our Basic Clean, it’s already streamlined for efficiency. But if there’s an area you’d like us to skip (like a guest bathroom you don’t use), we can note it to speed up the job. That won’t change the price, but it helps us focus on what matters to you.
